Thursday called again talked to Dustin who stated it’s not covered. Stay as far away from anything Boyer that you can. Lies cheats and fraudesters! As for their electronic rust boxes they install don’t work. More

Excellent service. My car had issues a few minutes from the dealer.. I went in and explained my situation. The staff was great. They test drove my car and advised me I shouldn't drive it. They shuttled me and my grandchildren home, and a few short hours later, phoned and told me what the problem was. By the end of the day my car was repaired and back on the road. I depend on my car for so many reasons, and the ppl here understood and worked quickly to get me back on the road... Thourghly disgusted about how I was treated this morning at this dealership. Went in with no appointment ( concede that). Was told that they were booking into next week because “its tire season Sir”. Explained that there was grinding in the rear of the car and is it possible that they could squeeze it in over the next couple days. All I received was blank stares and a meek answer again that “ it’s tire season Sir”. I guess that means that every technician on the premises is working on tires over the next few weeks. No compassion,felt like I was bothering them and more or less told me they could do nothing.MY wife bought that car at the Belleville dealership, guess there is no loyalty. More

Not too often do people go the extra mile. These people truly understand what great customer service means. Everyone that I dealt with from when I first arrived Monday, March 18th, 2019 I was pleased with. I was impressed by the knowledge of the sales person and how caring and genuine she came across when she was assisting me. She really knew the features of the car and was happy to point them out so I felt comfortable taking the Nissan Juke out for a test drive. I was also equally pleased with how helpful the lady employed in finance was when she was going over the terms of my financing options. She made certain I understood what was covered in the extended warranty I purchased, and really took the time to break the information down into an understandable format, rather than rushing through the paperwork and getting me out the door. On the day of purchase when I came back to pick up my new vechicle the person who detailed my car was amazing. He took such pride in his work that it clearly showed. My vechicle looks brand spanking new. It is really gorgeous so thank you! I would recommend this dealership over every single dealership I visited in the Belleville and surrounding area especially if your out shopping for a Nissan. These guys rock! More
