Just good people! I recently worked with Dan in purchasing my "dream" vehicle. I was prepared to purchase if it made sense, but really didn't feel the need to buy unti I recently worked with Dan in purchasing my "dream" vehicle. I was prepared to purchase if it made sense, but really didn't feel the need to buy until next year if I didn't find what I was looking for. Dan helped me find my vehicle, and make my dream a reality. (Sounds corny, I know, but I've been wanting a Jeep for 20 years, and it just hadn't worked out yet). I told Dan that "he" sold that vehicle - it wasn't just the vehicle itself. Any other person, I'm not sure I would have bought at this time. He was a great person to talk to. There was never any pressure, and every conversation was upbeat and positive. What a good person! If not for him, I still may be driving my old car, and there may be 1 less Jeep on the road right now. Thanks Dan. Great job! My Experience I am glad to see that the service area are changing and adding basic checks included tire measurements and hopefully more. In the last 8 months, just days after visiting the service department, I found out that I needed new tires, and brakes that were not identified in the dealership. I was surprised. These were very noticeable, even to me, due to the noise, unfortunately, the dealer did not notice, so had to take my vehicle elsewhere to get these basic maintenance issues resolved. I had expected more through the dealer. The service manager Gary, did speak to me during the last visit, and assured me, additional checks are being added. So that is great! More
