Earlier this year while driving past Bay King Chrysler in my 2003 Dodge Ram 3500 4x4 I seen a gorgeous 2015 Jeep Wrangler. After a short test drive my wife and I decided to purchase it. The entire process of negotiating, financing and pick up was completely stress free and efficient. Now we ran into a problem a month after I took delivery of the Jeep one I was concerned about them standing behind. I went in to see my salesman and he was so supportive and reassuring they would take care of it , that I immediately knew I was going to be taken care of. I was then introduced to the service manager Gary Stone, not only did they fix the issues they went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND what they needed to do make me happy. They have 100% earned all my future business. More

too long for oil change We just bought 2 brand new vehicles 2 months ago from Bay King. Unfortunately I put a lot of mileage on my vehicle and had to get oil change done. Booked for 6pm and didn't leave till going on 7pm. I thought maybe it was because they were giving it a quick wash as most places that I have dealt with in the past do but they weren't. I emailed to inquire about the vehicle Wednesday night at maybe 8:00 pm, I heard from Mike Afrasiabi within minutes, test drove the jeep the next morning and signed for it before his shift was done at 3 pm. With a not-so-good experience with the purchase of my current car, this was a great experience and I could not be happier! Mike was so personable, helpful, with lots of experience in the field (which was evident), and most importantly to me, was honest and real in answering my questions and making suggestions. I had plans to test drive two more jeeps that day and cancelled right after I left Bay King. In addition, the ‘money’ part is always a touchy subject I find, and Peter Mackey was just as great as Mike in discussing my best financing options. What I found saying to my friends and coworkers after was that I felt like they were guiding my decision as they would their own daughters, which was very heart warming to me. I am 24 with two jobs, and I am currently doing my masters so finding a car that was the best fit for me in regards to model and price, as well as dealing with personnel that is respectful and honest is super important to me, so I cannot thank you enough. I am SO excited to pickup my jeep tomorrow morning! Highly recommended, and I will be returning :) More
