Surprised I purchased my vehicle in 10/2010 - Dodge Journey - and had nothing but trouble with the vehicle. The first year I brought it in to get 'fixed' the se I purchased my vehicle in 10/2010 - Dodge Journey - and had nothing but trouble with the vehicle. The first year I brought it in to get 'fixed' the service was very good but turned mediocre and lastly rude. Once my warranty ended I never went back as my concerns about my 'lemon' was never addressed. However, yesterday's experience was surprisingly positive and the service staff was polite, friendly and just what a customer would need to come back. I must say that it was mostly new staff I had not met before. Still am not happy with the Dodge Journey I purchased as it has way too many electrical problems and the brakes constantly need replacement....and this is not because I drive the car 'hard' as one staff member from the past tried to suggest to me. Thank you for restoring a little of my faith into Bay King's staff. More

2 hour wait to have UHB connection in car checked out My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am. I was at your dealership 15 minutes early. The car was taken for service at 10:35 am. My wait was just past My appointment was scheduled for 10:30 am. I was at your dealership 15 minutes early. The car was taken for service at 10:35 am. My wait was just past 2 hours and then I was advised there is nothing wrong with the car's UHB connection. I am then presented with a bill for $118.00. Frankly, I found this whole experience excessive. I do not plan on using your service department in the future. From my perspective there appeared to be lots of employees standing around chit-chatting in the service reception area. This is all overhead and explains why your charge out rates are through the roof Ron Follett. More
