We did not feel we were just another sale or service. This was or first visit to Barrie Volkswagen, we purchased a new vehicle and scheduled our current VW for service. The service department was able to accommodate the service of our current vehicle with pick up of the new vehicle. We were being price consious and never did we feel that the salesperson was trying to "up sell". We purchased the vehicle we wanted for a price we felt was suitable to our budget. The service department was able to provide repairs required to our vehicle and were also able to advise of items that will require servicing in the near future. Thank you Barrie Volkswagen!! More
