Very professional and polite, and extremely knowledgable about products and services. I met with Macey on Wednesday and purchased the car on Saturday. She was able to give me a great deal and she made the experience an enjoyable one. Macey went through all the features of the car when it came time to pick it up, and was very friendly and personable. Graham and her were able to finalize everything within a week and I picked my car up in no time at all. Graham constantly called to make sure that any and all paperwork was completed as soon as possible despite his busy schedule and was a pleasure to work with. In closing out the deal the business manager Adam explained all of the elements of financing and warranties in a low pressure way. No pressure for any after sale add ons. After the sale, picking up the vehicle was convenient and simple as well. All of the paperwork was ready and Macey took all the time we needed to learn about the many new fetures of the vehicle.
