Damaged my van I took my 2015 dodge grand caravan to the body shop for a simple sliding door alignment. I sent my wife to do this as I felt it would be a good exper I took my 2015 dodge grand caravan to the body shop for a simple sliding door alignment. I sent my wife to do this as I felt it would be a good experience for her. Long story, the body shop damaged my car, chipped the paint at the door edge where they were working on it. I noticed the damages when I got home from work. Now I had to deal with it as my WIFE was in tears. I took it back 7 times to be fixed, each time it was damaged different, they finally burnt the paint off the edge polishing the door. The workmanship was very bad at best they now scratched inside the door frame and made me sign a waiver that they are no longer responsible for the repairs. Thanks Jim body shop manager for you're quality control. I am being sarcastic. I forgot to mention I bought new snow tires on rims at the dealer. Unknown to me they removed the wheel weight off all 4 summer tires. I only noticed when I went to do my change over. They did re balance my tires no charge lucky me I guess. They did give me acouple free oil changes after I signed the waiver. I'll take my winter beater in for this service as I don't trust them. I've reported them to Chrysler Canada. Hope this helps. Perfect from start to finish!!! Walked in to Barrie Chrysler to be immediately greeted by smiling sales staff. Steve Dunn introduced himself and asked what we were looking for. We were deciding between a car and SUV (so many choices now) Steve took thee time to explain each vehicle and powertrain options with ease, his knowledge was impressive and easy to understand, no car expertise needed. After showing us the lineup and listening to us talk Steve asked if we wait for a minute because he had "The perfect car". He brought around a 2015 Chrysler 200 Limited and we took it out for test drive. He was so right.. Loved it!! Again no pressure. We went home, making an appointment for a couple days later to see the car again. It was great NOT to hear from them 10 times in the couple days we spent to consider our purchase. We bought the car. Experience at Barrie Chrysler was beyond excellent, Steve took the time not just to sell a car but listen and understand our needs and match right car for us. GREAT GREAT job!!
