It had been years since I purchased my first car, and I was nervous about upgrading fr I just recently purchased a Pre-Owned 2014 Jeep Cherokee North. It had been years since I purchased my first car, and I was nervous about upgrading from a Chevy Cobalt to a SUV. I knew what make I was looking for, but needed guidance and someone I could trust. Melanie Gagnon was that person! She was honest, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. She even fought to get me a decent financing rate, which was tough due to my credit past. After a small oversight when we came in to pick up our new Journey Gary stepped in and righted the problem right away calling us the next day to tell us that problem would be corrected. This to me proves that the Gary and the dealership puts customers first which is awesome. I would definitely recommend this dealership and will continue to deal with them for my vehicle purchases. Happy with my Vehicle Choice so far I walked into the dealership, passed 7+ sales associates not one person assisted me. I eventually had to ask for help.
