I emailed him almost everyday and he always pleasantly provided me with an update as to when my Jeep would arrive. When I brought it back to the dealership for the undercoating, it was a little confusing. I was sent to 3 different places before I found the right location. They seemed confused at first as to whether or not I had an appointment. I had to come back the next day to pick up my Jeep as they were too busy to do the undercoating the same day. All in all, a pleasant experience. More
