Jeep Wrangler purchase I recently bought a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Moe was the salesman I dealt with and he was extremely approachable and not pushy like some can I recently bought a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Moe was the salesman I dealt with and he was extremely approachable and not pushy like some can be. I've since found a couple areas that require fixing ie; the rubber around my driver side door was folded in half and needs repair and their are 2 scratches on the side passenger hub which I will call about this week. My only complaint is that any other dealership I've dealt with show you how the vehicle works (the ins and outs) and when I asked I was told google was the best way to learn about it. In the future I would say that the sale is not final until there is a demonstration of how things work in your new vehicle and if the salesmen aren't able then maybe the sale should end in the service department. More

We were sent over to a very professional sales agent Moe Ladiki. He took the time to listen to our needs in this new purchase. He was also very patient as we had our 15 month old with us. Within 45 minutes he found and approved us for a 2017 Ram 1500 crew cab. We've had it for a little over a month now and we are very pleased. Service is Above & Beyond Due to sudden loss of engine coolant, our 2014 Chrysler Town & Country had to be towed in to Barrie Chrysler (covered by Chrysler Roadside) first thin Due to sudden loss of engine coolant, our 2014 Chrysler Town & Country had to be towed in to Barrie Chrysler (covered by Chrysler Roadside) first thing on a Saturday morning. Although shop was fully booked that day, service advisor Debbie still found time to have it checked out. Unfortunately it needed a new rad, and our T&C was just outside the Chrysler 36mo/60,000K warranty period. The service manager without hesitation considered it a customer goodwill situation and arranged to have it replaced at no cost. While checking out the car, our technician also discovered a problem with the AC compressor, which was also authorized by the service manager to be repaired at no cost to me. All of this was completed before noon on Monday. Now that is what you call service above & beyond! Brian N. More
