New vehicle This is my second vehicle purchase from Barrie Chrysler in the last 6 years. I have found the staff to be informative and accommodating to my persona This is my second vehicle purchase from Barrie Chrysler in the last 6 years. I have found the staff to be informative and accommodating to my personal requests and needs in a vehicle. My salesperson this time Gary Boucher was extremely informative finding me a perfect vehicle for my needs at this time. He took a lot of time showing me all the extra features available that I may not have utilized fully by just reading the manual. My reason for a rating of 4 not 5 was because when I first visited the showroom in the morning there did not seem to be anyone interested in helping myself or the other 2 people looking at vehicles for quite some time. I eventually was helped but left not satisfied. I came back in afternoon and even then I felt I was searching for someone to help and had to seal them out More

Poor Alignment= 4 screwed summer tires BEWARE!!!! My tires are screwed after Barrie Chysler did an alignment on my SUV . All 4 of my 22" summer tires are garbage. Inside tire wear on all BEWARE!!!! My tires are screwed after Barrie Chysler did an alignment on my SUV . All 4 of my 22" summer tires are garbage. Inside tire wear on all of them. Put my winter tires on and took the truck and tires back to them. Jerry and staff at Barrie Chrysler couldnt figure it out so they sent the car to Barrie Ford where a worn out ball joint and tie rod was noticed right away in the front end. They also noticed the camber on the rear wheels was set incorrectly. I paid $560 to have Ford replace the worn out parts missed at Barrie Chysler. Chysler paid for Ford to redo the alignment for them. I have scans that Ford provided me showing the before and after specs on my botched alignment at Barrie Chysler. To date, they have not made any effort to come to an agreement to replace my tires. Multiple messages have been left with Jerry and Dave. No reply. They have made no effort to stand by their work and fix their errors. Take your car repairs elsewhere. An alignment shouldn't be this difficult. More

Useless Key FOB I posted a review through Google explaining my issues with a recent purchase. I was asked to call the Sales Manager Scott to discuss the situation. I posted a review through Google explaining my issues with a recent purchase. I was asked to call the Sales Manager Scott to discuss the situation. He was very friendly on the phone and said that he would look into it and call me back within two days. Two days has come and gone and Scott did not call me back. This is just the icing on the cake from a bad experience. I am not impressed and will not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. I have received the impression that they are sales focused only and don't want to bother with any issues once a sale is complete. More

Amazing Experience!! My Husband and I went into the dealership to look at a new van for our growing family.
