Full of knowledge, professionalism and very friendly. Lets face it vehicles are expensive but puts your mind at ease when you can trust the people who are maintaining/fixing your vehicle! Nykyta has been awesome -- she goes the extra mile !! She even took the time to introduce me to the technician working on my vehicle to fully explain his troubleshooting process and the tools being used to identify the issue. The professionalism I experienced was outstanding and you all owe yourselves a great pat on the back. Disappointed with the integrity of service offered I have left several messages for the service manager to discuss the recent work on my Jeep. Each time I have respectfully asked that he contact me and I have left several messages for the service manager to discuss the recent work on my Jeep. Each time I have respectfully asked that he contact me and I am yet to hear back. I was having trouble with my Jeep (2016). It was only starting intermittently, when I brought it in they assured me I needed a brand new starter (which I questioned at the time) and this would fix the problem....it didn’t. When I returned it they discovered it was a loose wire but still insist on charging me for a starter that I clearly did not need. I have tried to speak with the Jerry regarding this but he will not return a phone call! Unfortunately this speaks to the integrity and customer respect of this service department. Due to this I will not nor will I recommend purchasing anything from this dealership. More
