We Keep Coming Back! Both my husband and I purchased new vehicles this month, me a Jeep Wrangler and him a Dodge Ram. This is my second Jeep purchased from Barrie Chrysler and there is a reason that I keep coming back. The service provided by Zach and Moe was second to none. They allowed us to look around without being pushy but were there when we needed them. Zach took the time to listen as opposed to promoting his brand and was very professional, witty and personable. Patricia (Finance) was an absolute pleasure to work with. While she outlined all of the options, she did not push something on me that I didn't want. She listened and understood that I wanted to keep the payments low and did her level best to provide that to me. She even came in on her day off when I picked up the vehicle. Now, that is service and dedication to your customers. We will obviously have all of our service done at Barrie Chrysler and will definitely recommend Barrie Chrysler to all of our friends and family. We will be back when it's time to purchase again. Cane for recall, oil change and tire rotation Staff wasn’t friendly. They inflated all the tires to air pressure of 47 psi, they written on checklist sheet its gauged to 39psi, while factory st Staff wasn’t friendly.
