Horrible experience with their service department. Scary Highway 400 Experience Friday afternoon of the start of the Thanksgiving long weekend. Traffic was bumper to bumper on the 400 North bound outside Toronto. Eventually a br Friday afternoon of the start of the Thanksgiving long weekend. Traffic was bumper to bumper on the 400 North bound outside Toronto. Eventually a break in traffic and back to 100 KMPH. Short lived. Had to come to an abrupt stop in the fast lane and the brakes on my truck went to the floor ! Pumped them and managed to get stopped just behind traffic ! Very close and very scary. Made it to Barrie Chrysler finally. Pulled into service and explained what happened to the Service Advisor - Ted Psaros. He was very professional and friendly and could see I was still a bit shaken. He guided me to the waiting area and said he would take care of things. After the technician did a review of the brakes, Ted informed me that I needed a complete brake job. After a couple hours, all fixed up and back on the road with my son to start our long weekend with family. I am so very thankful to Ted and the technician (sorry, didn't get his name) for helping us out. I'm so fortunate that they were able to fix my truck so late in the day and have me back on the road safely. Amazing service ! Amazing staff ! I have my regular maintenance done at another place farther north, but after this experience with Barrie Chrysler, it will be worth the drive south now to have my service done by these people. Thank you so much for the service provided and making what could have been a horrible start to Thanksgiving so much better. More
