Great Experience I dropped in to have a look at the new Ram 1500 after corresponding through email a couple of times with their Internet Sales Manager Melanie. I was greeted by their friendly receptionist who promptly paged Melanie to meet me at the entrance. Melanie is all smiles and a joy to deal with. She showed me the truck and answered all my questions. Not once did I feel pressured to buy. I was honest with Melanie telling her exactly what I needed in order to make a deal. There was none of the tedious back and forth that I've been involved with in previous vehicle purchases. I did my homework and knew what was fair and she made it happen. I signed the deal that night. You cant ask much more from a new vehicle purchase than that. I would recommend Barrie Chrysler and Melanie specifically to anyone looking for a straight forward no BS experience. More

Easy no nonsense purchase Purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot, built the vehicle online and was corresponding through the internet with Melanie Gagnon, by the time I got to the deale Purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot, built the vehicle online and was corresponding through the internet with Melanie Gagnon, by the time I got to the dealer I knew what I wanted, we sat down and built exactly the vehicle we wanted I was able to use my employee discount and also a Chrysler incentive combined made the vehicle very affordable, the vehicle took about six weeks for delivery but when they called for me to pick it up the Chrysler incentive had increased that month so was able to take delivery of the vehicle at an even cheaper price, the service was friendly and will buy again from this dealer. My Truck Service was provided professionally I bought my used 2011 truck in Oct 2014 from Barrie Chrysler and have been back 3 times for oil changes and tire pressures adjustments due to the cold I bought my used 2011 truck in Oct 2014 from Barrie Chrysler and have been back 3 times for oil changes and tire pressures adjustments due to the cold winter. At first I thought the tire pressure monitor was faulty but it was found to be completely functional and the issues were simply cold weather related. On each of the 3 times I have been treated very professionally and with courtesy. The service guys answered my questions and when I apologized for bringing in such a snow and ice covered truck they said don't worry its all part of the job ! The folks in the admin area reviewed my bill(s) with me prior to payment and cashed me out quickly so I could be back on the road. Thanks Barrie Chrysler for being patient and professional ! I will definitely continue to return for service and advice ! More

I was telling the sales person what I was looking and had pre priced it online and decided it was worth a look. after talking to him he repeatedly tried to get me to buy the top of the line (which i told him was out of my price range) after that he was very short with answers and refused to build me my own model. i have been into other dealerships and have never been treated so poorly. it was ridiculous we just said thanks for the help and left this is the last time I will go into this dealership. he never omce offered a test drive to us. this was my first time in a jeep dealership and it was not a good first impression. if i could give it 0 stars i would!!! A fault that was there 'from manufacture' admitted to by a service tech but then denied and lied about by the owner who is rude, dismissive, and holds himself - in his own opinion - even above Chrysler Canada. His arrogance and self importance made the whole experience the WORST of our life. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT - AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. Unfortunately this has now tarnished our opinion of Chrysler as we complained to them about this guy and they just said we cant be held accountable for what the dealership does???????? DUH GUYS the dealership is who your customers have to deal with!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. More

Missing tires I purchased a vehicle from Jason Abram on December 12. This particular vehicle was advertised that it included a set of snow tires. I sat down with my boyfriend during the negotiation and I asked if the tires were on the rims. The little "yes" man that Jason is said they were on the rims. I specifically asked this question. I take my vehicle home and when I try to install my snow tires, I find out they are NOT on the rim. When I called about getting the rims the sales manager basically called me liar and said that he was there and heard Jason tell me this. At no time was there 4 people in the cubical during the negotiation. Scot called me a liar on the phone when I know in fact he never heard what was discussed. All of these people at this dealership are complete liars and the most dishonest people I have ever encountered. More

Avoid if at all possible! Avoid at all costs! Would never buy another Chrysler product because of the poor service!!! If you make an 'appointment' for say 9:30am your vehicle Avoid at all costs! Would never buy another Chrysler product because of the poor service!!! If you make an 'appointment' for say 9:30am your vehicle will not get looked at until 11:15am. Service techs are swamped, not knowledgeable in diesel engines, have know idea on what the maintenance schedules for certain vehicles are, etc, etc. No wifi in waiting area for your day long appt. Just brutal. We have 2 other vehicles, a Hyundai and a Mazda, both had service appts the same week and we were out in less than an hour!! More
