Professional, friendly, thorough experience. I spoke briefly with Tracy prior to travelling to Vernon to look at a vehicle of interest. As I parked in front of the dealership, I was met by Scott I spoke briefly with Tracy prior to travelling to Vernon to look at a vehicle of interest. As I parked in front of the dealership, I was met by Scott standing beside the vehicle I had traveled to see. I was totally comfortable with Scott, and found all the staff to be friendly and approachable. Don was very easy to speak with and made the entire process relaxed and enjoyable. I left with a new vehicle, and the realization that Bannister Honda would be a great place to work! More
