Recall for airbag replacement Helpful staff. We are from out-of-town and the staff was receptive to our needs. This was a factory recall for defective airbags. Although we were ini Helpful staff. We are from out-of-town and the staff was receptive to our needs. This was a factory recall for defective airbags. Although we were initially told that we could have a loaner vehicle while repairs were being made, two days before coming in, my wife was told that the staff could drop her and my 3 year-old daughter off at the mall because the loaner vehicle was no longer available. I followed up with a phonecall letting the staff know that I wasn't comfortable with the new arrangements and would like to be re-booked for another day if the loaner car wasn't available on that particular day. We were re-booked for 2 days later and they did come through with the use of a loaner vehicle while repairs were being made. More

I was scheduled to meet my needs and schedule without issue. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted with smiles and welcomes by Tammy and Andree, Tammy proceeded to check my vehicle in. I decided to wait while my service was being done and had a product interaction with Gene in sales, always a pleasure and Don the sales manager spotted me walking in and made a point of finding before I left to say Happy New Year.
