Head Lights Had problems seeing at night and part of that problem was my headlights were not put in properly, Bannister fixed it for me,, no charge.. Honest and not pushing In a couple days there was a problem with the car. Wayne thought the previous owners might bought extended warranty and called VW. The car was ready sooner that expected and when I arrived, plans were made for a return to deal with another issue that ultimately will prolong the life of the CR-V.
