Right from the moment Khoa came out on the lot to speak with my husband and I, to the moment we drove off the lot in my new Honda Accord, we were treated with friendliness and understanding. Since I was to be the principal driver of the car, rather than my husband, I was impressed that the features of the car were explained to me in terms I could understand, and that my needs were listened to and accommodated with respect and patience by all three of these gentlemen. At no point in the process did I feel any kind of stress. This car is perfect for me, and kudos to Khoa on a very successful first sale! More

What incredible customer service. On Sunday I discovered that I had smashed the left side taillights on our Odyssey. Major worry as we were driving back to Ontario on Wednesday facing a 6 day expiration on our travel health insurance. Called Bannister first thing Monday expecting "NO HOPE". Between Rick in parts and Tammy in service, they somehow got parts in from Calgary for |Tuesday morning and our van was fixed by 11:15. Above and beyond the call of duty. Thanks so much!!! More
