Here's why: -fair market value - I knew what I needed and exactly what it was worth, and that's what I got. - honest sales practices - they only discussed maintenance procedures required by the manufacturer. Not even a mention of the bogus procedures some predatory dealers push. - despite point #1, obviously I saw plenty of other vehicles there we could have been sold, but they explained the advantages and disadvantages of all the alternatives we asked about. They understood what we were looking for and made sure that's what we ended up purchasing. - they follow up and make sure you're satisfied after your purchase. - the vehicle itself was detailed very well and brought up to standard We have 2 small children and needed something to suit, and I no longer have the time or will to mess around with trying to find a good car on my own. There's a lot of value in going to a good dealer, which includes peace of mind and a lot of time saved. Based on my recent experience, Bannister Honda offers that value. More

Our salesman Jason was knowledgeable, friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were accommodated. He also followed up on all of our questions and encouraged us to contact him after we left if we needed assistance. When you are purchasing a new vehicle that is operated by computer, this means a lot. When they found out we had a dog in the car they invited her in for the royal treatment (treats, water, and dog friendly staff). This is not our first new car purchase but it was certainly the fastest and least painful. More
