Incredible service We had a problem with our 2011 Honda Odyssey and had it towed to Bannister Honda. We left the key and a note. I called Bannister the next morning (Sat We had a problem with our 2011 Honda Odyssey and had it towed to Bannister Honda. We left the key and a note. I called Bannister the next morning (Saturday) and not only did they get the van in, they fixed the problem that day! Without being asked, they also fixed another recall item and also washed the outside of the vehicle and cleaned the inside of the vehicle. They went so far above and beyond to ensure our family could get home on Sunday. Thank you so much Bannister!! More

When making the appointment, the first thing I said was the battery was not keeping a charge and I would need a new battery. I was also getting an oil change. The service woman was rather snippy. I apparently parked in the wrong area of the parking lot- who knew? She went out to get the mileage and it wouldn't start and she complained about it. I said it wasn't keeping the charge. It took them 2 hours to figure out that it needed a new battery-really? A new battery and an oil change took about 3 hours. More
Bought a Honda Accord Crosstour due for timing belt. Bought a 2010 Crosstour. from a dealership in Penticton...at 117,500 kms I knew it needed a timing belt. Banister's replaced the belt for me,. I was Bought a 2010 Crosstour. from a dealership in Penticton...at 117,500 kms I knew it needed a timing belt. Banister's replaced the belt for me,. I was given a loaner car. They called to let me know that the water pump was fine but the transmission fluid and transfer case, pollen filter, and rear differential fluid should be replaced. I said I would look into it and came home to research what other shops would charge. The cost differential was literally within pennies...I was kind of surprised. It seemed to only make sense to have Honda experts work on my vehicle. People at the front desk were nice...everything in this experience was positive. I have absolutely no problem recommending Bannister Honda. More
