When making the appointment, the first thing I said was the battery was not keeping a charge and I would need a new battery. I was also getting an oil change. The service woman was rather snippy. I apparently parked in the wrong area of the parking lot- who knew? She went out to get the mileage and it wouldn't start and she complained about it. I said it wasn't keeping the charge. It took them 2 hours to figure out that it needed a new battery-really? A new battery and an oil change took about 3 hours. More

Bought a Honda Accord Crosstour due for timing belt. Bought a 2010 Crosstour. from a dealership in Penticton...at 117,500 kms I knew it needed a timing belt. Banister's replaced the belt for me,. They called to let me know that the water pump was fine but the transmission fluid and transfer case, pollen filter, and rear differential fluid should be replaced. I said I would look into it and came home to research what other shops would charge. The cost differential was literally within pennies...I was kind of surprised. It seemed to only make sense to have Honda experts work on my vehicle. People at the front desk were nice...everything in this experience was positive. I have absolutely no problem recommending Bannister Honda. More
