Dealing with Jason Tissington at Bannister Honda was by far the easiest and, dare I say painless, experience I have had buying a vehicle. I'm not an easy person to please and always walk away feeling I wasn't treated as well as I could have been. My experience at Bannister was positive from the start to driving off the lot. I found Jason on this site and emailed because of his positive reviews. He lived up to his reputation. Jason was very personable and knowledgable throughout the process. Although we had never been to the dealership before, we we treated like friends from the second we walked in until we drove away. What other sales person gives you their personal cell in case you have questions? Enough about Jason before it looks like he's paying me to say this. I have to also give huge credit to Shea Smith who made this process easy. Being our first NEW Honda, Shea had everything ready for us before we got there and the finance side of things went quick and smooth. Again treated more like friends than customers. We also had the opportunity to deal with Don Hodgen, who made a point of having a conversation with my teen son about sports while we were waiting. Made an impression and probably help plant the seed for a future buyer. To the staff at Bannister, keep up the good work. Our second purchase at Honda We came to Bannister Honda from out of town on a whim, knowing we hadn't found what we were looking for online, but checking to see what the dealershi We came to Bannister Honda from out of town on a whim, knowing we hadn't found what we were looking for online, but checking to see what the dealership had in person. A sales rep, Khoa Vo, came out and in less than five minutes, we had told him we were looking for an older vehicle, with relatively low mileage like a CRV or Rav4. He knew that one had just come in and hadn't even hit the lot yet. It was exactly what we were hoping for. We did a quick test drive with Khoa (who was quickly like an old friend riding in the back seat! ) and decided to purchase it! Our finance guy, Udai Singha was great as well, helping us choose our financing options and making sure all paperwork was filled out for when we'd do the transfer of our older vehicle a few days later. Khoa made sure we got the old rims and some hubcaps for the winter tires, and made sure we understood the features of the vehicle. It all took time, but the process was smooth and the staff was more than polite while we went through all the paperwork (even with my 11 year old in tow on the day we picked up...thanks for chatting him up, Dean!). We are happy with our new purchase and are confident that the staff at Bannister Honda will take care of us in the future. More
