I'm not an easy person to please and always walk away feeling I wasn't treated as well as I could have been. My experience at Bannister was positive from the start to driving off the lot. I found Jason on this site and emailed because of his positive reviews. He lived up to his reputation. Jason was very personable and knowledgable throughout the process. Although we had never been to the dealership before, we we treated like friends from the second we walked in until we drove away. What other sales person gives you their personal cell in case you have questions? Enough about Jason before it looks like he's paying me to say this. I have to also give huge credit to Shea Smith who made this process easy. Being our first NEW Honda, Shea had everything ready for us before we got there and the finance side of things went quick and smooth. Again treated more like friends than customers. We also had the opportunity to deal with Don Hodgen, who made a point of having a conversation with my teen son about sports while we were waiting. Made an impression and probably help plant the seed for a future buyer. To the staff at Bannister, keep up the good work.
