A sales rep, Khoa Vo, came out and in less than five minutes, we had told him we were looking for an older vehicle, with relatively low mileage like a CRV or Rav4. He knew that one had just come in and hadn't even hit the lot yet. It was exactly what we were hoping for. We did a quick test drive with Khoa (who was quickly like an old friend riding in the back seat! ) and decided to purchase it! Our finance guy, Udai Singha was great as well, helping us choose our financing options and making sure all paperwork was filled out for when we'd do the transfer of our older vehicle a few days later. Khoa made sure we got the old rims and some hubcaps for the winter tires, and made sure we understood the features of the vehicle. It all took time, but the process was smooth and the staff was more than polite while we went through all the paperwork (even with my 11 year old in tow on the day we picked up...thanks for chatting him up, Dean!). We are happy with our new purchase and are confident that the staff at Bannister Honda will take care of us in the future. More
