Excellent service From the moment we entered the dealership until our purchase was completed, Jason helped us through all aspects of the purchase. Tre fact that he and Don were able to find the right colour(scarlet pearl) and given it was the last one in BC was awesome. Fast, efficient service was what we received. You certainly went the extra mile for us. Kudos also to Shea Smith who took good care of the financial side of things. Overall, we are very pleased with our new Honda Insight and look forward to driving it for many years, We will recommend Bannister Honda to others. More
Not buying another Honda They were suppose to put new brakes in for $100 as agreed in before and they took 2.5 hours, and the brakes were not put on as they said it needed mo They were suppose to put new brakes in for $100 as agreed in before and they took 2.5 hours, and the brakes were not put on as they said it needed more work so they decided to not put the brakes on. The brakes should have been put on as agreed . and the service manager did not want to honour the quote from the previous service manager , even though the brake pads were under warranty More

Thorough inspection and quality of a used car I was going to pass on the 2011 Ford Explorer we bought because the price was slightly higher. However, according to Carfax provided, the vehicle was serviced at the dealership from day one at regular intervals. Everything was up to date and accounted for. You could tell from one look that this low KM, 8 year old vehicle, had been take care of by previous owners. This would be hard to duplicate with other vehicles of similar age and mileage. Probably why Bannister Honda decided to keep it on their lot instead of sending it to the Wholesaler. Peace of mind for a used car shopper. More
