What a change This dealer has had such bad service over the last few years, I had a recall and went in and was surprised the new Service Manager came in to the wait This dealer has had such bad service over the last few years, I had a recall and went in and was surprised the new Service Manager came in to the waiting area and introduced himself, was friendly, smart, engaging actually listened to my problems with the service at Bannnister over the past few years.I drive to Kelowna from Salmon Arm because the service was so bad.
