I went in for warranty work and I also needed a new windshield. After the warranty work was completed, they took my car to the collision centre for the windshield replacement. That saved me a trip! Also, I had some concerns regarding my husband receiving the notices for my car appointment reminders. We had spoken to the staff at the service department on several occasions to please get that fixed, but to no avail. Christy, at service, took it upon herself to get it straightened out. She called me in the afternoon to let me know the steps that she had taken to fix the issue. THAT’S service and very much appreciated. She was understanding, a good listener and she followed through. Poor - Your service representative encouraged we change the air filters during the service to keep the cost down, then charged $50 labor for doing so.. I would expect if the change was approved prior to th the air filters during the service to keep the cost down, then charged $50 labor for doing so.. I would expect if the change was approved prior to the removal of filters during the service the cost to replace a new filter would be the same as re installing the old. There is also no indication of the $25.00 gift voucher credit on the invoice, was this applied? Lastly, no response from my email to the service center and no response from the call from the service center. Disappointed More

There was an error in notes from B service recommendation of rear brakes that led to a disconnect on the actual follow up repair. They fixed it proper in the end and ate the cost which unfortunately for them was the right thing to do, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience hence 3 stars on the overall experience.. It seems service advisor turnover is an issue, as I enjoyed many many years of mistake free service and always trusted repairs, arguably 5 stars throughout. They fixed it so I see no issue in continuing my 14 years of only bringing my Honda to Bannister. I didn’t however yet get an emailed copy of the work order as requested after the fix.. More
