Great service - friendly and always understanding of issues that arise. Accommodating for emergencies and take your concerns seriously - they didn't have a part needed for my key fob so they took it o issues that arise. I went in for warranty work and I also needed a new windshield. After the warranty work was completed, they took my car to the collision centre for the windshield replacement. That saved me a trip! Also, I had some concerns regarding my husband receiving the notices for my car appointment reminders. We had spoken to the staff at the service department on several occasions to please get that fixed, but to no avail. Christy, at service, took it upon herself to get it straightened out. She called me in the afternoon to let me know the steps that she had taken to fix the issue. THAT’S service and very much appreciated. She was understanding, a good listener and she followed through.
