Poor - Your service representative encouraged we change the air filters during the service to keep the cost down, then charged $50 labor for doing so.. I would expect if the change was approved prior to th the air filters during the service to keep the cost down, then charged $50 labor for doing so.. I would expect if the change was approved prior to the removal of filters during the service the cost to replace a new filter would be the same as re installing the old. There is also no indication of the $25.00 gift voucher credit on the invoice, was this applied? Lastly, no response from my email to the service center and no response from the call from the service center. Disappointed More

There was an error in notes from B service recommendation of rear brakes that led to a disconnect on the actual follow up repair. They fixed it proper in the end and ate the cost which unfortunately for the of rear brakes that led to a disconnect on the actual follow up repair. They fixed it proper in the end and ate the cost which unfortunately for them was the right thing to do, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience hence 3 stars on the overall experience.. It seems service advisor turnover is an issue, as I enjoyed many many years of mistake free service and always trusted repairs, arguably 5 stars throughout. They fixed it so I see no issue in continuing my 14 years of only bringing my Honda to Bannister. I didn’t however yet get an emailed copy of the work order as requested after the fix.. More
