Great Friendly Service I recently purchased a 2018 White Ford Escape from Kevan Macrae. I found when I first went on the lot that I was a bit nervous because I hadn't purch I recently purchased a 2018 White Ford Escape from Kevan Macrae. I found when I first went on the lot that I was a bit nervous because I hadn't purchased a car for 14 years. I was also nervous test driving my car because I had only driven my own car for 14 years. I found Kevan to be friendly and easy to talk to regarding all my questions. Very calm and made me feel comfortable being on the car lot. I did not feel pressured in any way. Everyone from the Salesman to the Finance employee were very helpful. Very organized team ! Insurance lady was there and ready to help. I even went on the lot again to get some additional help and was treated in a kind and friendly manner by everyone. . My car is perfect for me. I am very happy with my purchase. I plan to follow up there with the service department. A very trust worthy dealership ! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. We chatted about my needs in the vehicle and the prices I was finding across the province. I honestly didn't think they would be able to match what I had found elsewhere. A short time later I had a clear, detailed, written proposal letter that matched the best price I had found anywhere in the province! My wife and I went down to the dealership to take a look at the van and go for a test ride. We liked what we saw and decided to go ahead with the purchase.A variety of options were brought to our attention, which we politely declined, but there was no pressure to sell us on anything extra. Furthermore, the price in the original offer letter was exceptional and there was no need to haggle on the price. We brought the van home and promptly had a sensor failure. Bill was super helpful and communicative as the issue was resolved. The service manager also called to explain what was going on and the issue was promptly fixed and the van delivered back to us. Overall we had an excellent experience at O'Connor and would highly recommend them! More
