We started our transaction with Kevan and he was not your typical sales man. He listened to what we were looking for and totally delivered. When I came back to finalize the purchase he was working with anoth typical sales man. He listened to what we were looking for and totally delivered. When I came back to finalize the purchase he was working with another buyer so Bill took over. As a woman making my first solo vehicle purchase I was not made to feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of. They listened to my requests and made it happen. Jen in financing worked the numbers and and it all worked out in the end. There was a small hiccup with one of the tires on my new jeep (a slow leak) but it was adressed and replaced right away at no cost to me. I will be recommending O'Connor Dodge Chrysler Jeep any time someone asks me about purchasing a vehicle! More

During service maintenance at O’Conner, they reported a 2mm left on rear bake shoes and due to this, the shoes/rotors needed replacing. Seven days prior to service maintenance, I had summer tires installe 2mm left on rear bake shoes and due to this, the shoes/rotors needed replacing. Seven days prior to service maintenance, I had summer tires installed at a reputable company and they provided a report with service stating there was a 6mm left on rear shoes. When this reputable company was contacted about the report they provided 7 days prior to service maintenance, they said they stood by report and the technician that did the inspection. More
