I decided to go to the the lot to take a look at some pre owned vehicles and Steven made it a point to make sure I never felt any pressure and was a fountain of knowledge which made deciding on the right truck for me easy and genuinely enjoyable as Steven also showed pictures of his OFF ROAD adventures in his Jeep (Super cool btw Steven).
