This was my first car buying experience, and I have to admit that it was very positive. Right from when I entered the dealership, I was treated very well. Sam took me on a test drive and explained and sho admit that it was very positive. Right from when I entered the dealership, I was treated very well. Sam took me on a test drive and explained and showed me all the cars features. He took the time to make sure I understood what the car was capable of and it's safety features. Back at the dealership, Sam made sure that I got a price that fit in my price range. Upon pickup, Sam showed me all the work that had been done and made sure I understood the cars features before leaving the dealership as well as where I take my car for servicing at the dealership. He left me his cell phone number in case there are any issues. I couldn't have asked for better car buying experience, and this being my first time I was especially impressed. I recommended this dealership to my friends and family looking for a new car. More

this is our second Mitsubishi the first was not purchased from Bank st however all the service was done there after a couple of not so happy visits to the dealership where we bought the Outlander, so when i from Bank st however all the service was done there after a couple of not so happy visits to the dealership where we bought the Outlander, so when it came time for a new car we started at Bank St "Jay" was great and then as we completed the deal both Ivan and Justin were there to finish it all up in a professional way. When it came time for my husband and I to purchase a new car, it was just before the holidays, when most people do not want to buy a new car, including us. We made our rounds to a few different dealerships car, it was just before the holidays, when most people do not want to buy a new car, including us. We made our rounds to a few different dealerships where we received a variety of different handling methods (from pushy to ignored) and when we walked into Bank Street Mitsubishi we were very happy to talk to Paolo, who was friendly and approachable and very realistic when we told him that we were not ready to make a decision yet. He answered our questions very throughly and we were very pleased with our experience. We came back, several times, although we started looking at a different Mitsubishi vehicle. We consistently had good experiences dealing with Paolo. He remembered us when we revisited and was always knowledgable about the vehicles and seemed down-to-earth. Paolo was able to answer our questions, provide us with feedback and help us decide which vehicle met our needs most. When it came time for the wheeling and dealing, we had a good time, no pressure tactics and they worked with us to figure out something that worked well for both of us. We were especially glad because we were able to get our new vehicle very quickly and with everything we wanted. We were thrilled with our sales experience at Bank Street Mitsubishi and we are so pleased with our purchase, even though we had to buy a vehicle during the Holidays. That being said, we would like to express the only negative portion of our car-buying experience: Unrelated to our Sales experience, we had a rather negative experience with the new finance manager we worked with. He was unfriendly and only really seemed engaged when he fixated on selling a particular package and actually berated us when we tried to refuse. We were very unimpressed with his behaviour, finding him to be rather rude, and further unimpressed when we discovered the next day when he realized he had forgotten to gather vital information from us (possibly delaying when we would get the vehicle). When returned to finalize the papers, we learned that he had neglected to put the vehicle ownership in both names as previously discussed, and we had to rectify his mistake on our own time and at our own expense. He also failed to offer us several options which, I strangely had to sign papers saying I refused (even though I was never offered these to begin with). Luckily, when we returned to sign the papers we were being helped by a different financial manager who seemed much more experienced and competent (although, our previous one had drawn up all the paperwork). I have to say I was VERY disappointed in this portion of our experience. If it had not been for this, we would have had the perfect experience. Despite our dealing with the financing, we are still very satisfied with our experience at Bank Street Mitsubishi and would recommend this dealership as well as Paolo to anyone who is looking to buy a new vehicle. My wife and I are more than impressed with the honesty and integrity of the SALES team, particularly Jay, who helped us out in our decision. We have visited this dealership 5 times over the past year and finally decided on the Mitsubishi Outlander. Jay helped us each and every visit. He is extremely knowledgeable, and friendly and not your typical "car salesman" and was able to answer our most detailed questions or find out the answer within a short period of time. I am a repeat customer having followed in my father's steps in purchasing from the Dilawri Group of Companies. My father from the elder Dilawri back in the 70's when Dilawri was located in Stittsville, ON. Completely unrelated to Jay, our salesman: 1. Our only disappointment so far and something yet to be rectified is with the DETAILING of the car. You can still see the glue from the wording "NO PAYMENTS FOR 90 DAYS" on the passenger side of the car, as well as, a small dent on one of the window cross members. It makes one wonder if the detailing was actually done properly and if "FINAL COAT" was applied. Having been a former car detailer in my youth, I would have noticed this and rectified it before leaving the dealership. 2. Our initial meeting with a part time finance manager was less than desirable and caused us to reconsider our decision in dealing with this dealership. He was not knowledgeable of the facts, was unable to answer our questions to our satisfaction, and was vigorous in "selling" us further options. Fortunately the regular Finance Manager, a day later, finalized the deal with us and answered most of our questions to our satisfaction. In future, we will again consider a purchase from this dealership, but reserve that decision based on future dealings re: the Service Department for regular scheduled maintenance. Xmas is here. Merry Xmas to all. We're expecting these items to rectified early in the new year when a service appointment is placed. Will post an update asap. More

I own 2 excellent Mitsubishi automobiles that have required very minimal service outside of regular maintenance. To add to the excellence of these fine vehicles is the friendly , efficient, profession required very minimal service outside of regular maintenance. To add to the excellence of these fine vehicles is the friendly , efficient, professional service Bank Street Mitsubishi provides at each infrequent visit. Both Service Advisor Luc and Service Manager Dave are very personable ,caring, thorough individuals who leave no stone unturned in dealing with me and other customers. These two ,as well as the technicians I have dealt with in the past , in my opinion, are second to none. Again, this together with your great product, makes for a great dealership.
