He gave us a very detailed and necessary overview of the vehicles bells and whistles, and a whole bunch of functionality tips; right down to how to properly detail and maintain the vehicles finish. I came in to look at 2 used vehicles I saw online. Sam showed me that I could get a new vehicle with a great warranty for a little bit more than the used ones with high milage. I was looking for a new RVR and this Dealer was the closest from where I was. Although it was Friday evening just before the New Year's holidays Jay gave me an excellent approach, responded properly al closest from where I was. He didn't push me to buy as other dealers normally do. He did well. I didn't have any other contact with him since then; however, the Manager took it for him. He made me comfortable to make the final decision. The financial guy (Justin) was perfect and explained the information requested in detail. The car's delivery, again, was not made by Jay however, it was impeccable. I would recommend this dealer for anyone who is searching for a new car. More
