I thought to get a older model but with the downside of kilometers that was use, he figure out quickly with my expression that would not be the best deal for me. In that short of time he knew me better than I knew myself. We sat and disguss for hours and it felt like 1 hour. He was extremely accommodating, patient ,knowelegeable and trustworthy; all of which I find very important when undertaking vehicle-shopping. I especially appreciated Paolo's ability to understand that the sale is not made by trying to 'hustle a decision', but more so by allowing me time to understand what it was that I truly wanted. He has a broad knowledge base of competitor vehicles and was always able to bring ready answers to counter questions that I had in relation to the Mitsubishi vehicles he represented. For me personally, the Mitsubishi product which was more or less unknown to me at the start of this process, is a quality product. While I met 6 or so vehicle salespeople, all of whom are fine sales people, Paolo was one of only two that I found to be quite stellar.
