Great Experience This was my first time buying a car and the experience was great at this dealership. I had previously dealt with Toyota dealership on Bank, and I was always so miserable after I talked to them, they really lacked costumer service. That was not the case at the Mazda dealership on Bank. I met Ivan initially then Sunny, who convinced why the Mazda3 was the car to go! Sunny took me for the test drive and showed me the cool and innovative technology of this car. Plus he even took me around to see the different colors of Mazdas to help me choose.The rest of the staff was great too. I did find the financing service a bit rushed and pushy. As a first time buyer, I felt really pressured at the finance office. Thank you! More

'Tosh was always polite and willing to listen to our wishes and concerns. He consistently provided answers to our questions quickly and made constructive well thought out suggestions. Jayson was also excellent to deal with, coming up with several creative options regarding my trade-in vehicle. After i talk to the manager over there, but i found him to be loud and really unpleasant and didn't like the feeling i had when i finally was able to leave the place... - i was a little discourage and wasn't sure if i wanted to deal with another dealership, but i was so close to mazda so i decided to give it a try - when i enter your dealership, Sunny came and present himself. He was really nice and was not talking super loudly and answered all of my questions. -We went for a test drive and i felt in love with the mazda 3 but i wasn't sure yet if i was going to buy it (because of the price). - after we went to his desk and started talking price. I found him really nice and i really felt like he was trying to give me the best deal. - finally i have decided to buy the car (when i think about it, the reason why i didn't buy at huyndai but instead at mazda is in part because of the good services! I went to Mazda with an idea of what features I wanted. My sales rep Zein Jolan did everything possible to get me exactly what I wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I would recommend this young man to anyone looking for a knowledgeable sales person with a very nice manner about him in his dealings with people. BE AWARE Beware of after sales service it is one of the worst I have ever seen. After you drive away from the dealership, they don’t care. Finance Manager or sales person did not return my phone calls or emails after several attempts I have made to contact them. I’m so tired of dealing with incompetent people! Whatever happened to customer service? I guess that’s what you get for dealing with a high volume dealership, they tell you whatever they need to tell you to make a deal and then collect their commission. They’re laughing all the way to the bank. I will make sure to tell all my family and friends about the lack of after sale service I have received from Bank Street Mazda. I might be just a number to them but word of mouth goes a long way. More

For that reason this year in March, 2014 we decided to upgrade our car and we went to them. They gave us a suv and that was not properly checked during the delivery time. They promised us and also signed on paper that they will provide summer tires for free.Since then we tried to contact with Jayson Lucas( our sales representative) about those tires, but he doesn't reply our call!!!!!! Even the receptionist didnt pick up the phone!!!! So, please think second time befor you buy your dream car/ invest money.........THIS IS OUR LAST TIME IN DELAWRI More
