I like to read everything (it is a big purchase after all) and I felt very pressured to sign quickly and move on. More

Great vehicle I recently purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 from Bank Street Mazda. I had been shopping around looking to replace my 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe. Great vehicle, but hard on gas. Originally I was looking to significantly downsize my vehicle to an Elantra GT, which had the gas mileage I wanted but was small. I dropped by Bank Street Mazda to look at the Mazda 3 hatchback, and after talking to Sunny I realized that the Mazda CX-5 matched my requirements. Slightly smaller than my 2007 Santa Fe, but 50% better gas mileage and all the new features in a 2015 vehicle (safety features, Bluetooth, etc.).. I negotiate for a living, and I went through every aspect of the deal, which Sunny and Moe explained in detail.. In the end, I think I got a great deal, but I don't think I got a better deal than anyone else.. My sense is that these are great people, working for a great dealership, selling great cars, that treat everyone in a fair and friendly manner. I've been driving my CX-5 for a week now and it is fantastic.. More

He is friendly, polite, helpful. Never felt under pressure. I left feeling that I made the best deal and felt that other dealer/salesman would not have finalized a better deal. More

We were able to make a deal at a reasonable rate and they accommodated my request to replace the rotors and tires even though they would have passed safety. The tires and brakes would have passed but barely, so I requested new tires because I didn't want to have to purchase tires just a few months after purchasing the vehicle. They provided a set of 4 new tires and allowed us to leave them off the rims. We will get the summer out of the current tires then have the new ones put on in the fall. We purchased a 2010 Veracruz and we are very happy with the vehicle condition and price was reasonable. I would shop at Bank Street Mazda again. More
