Above & Beyond Customer Expectations Imad always prioritized customer's satisfaction while keeping up the Mazda dealership standards. When I first walked in to the dealership I was not planning to buy a car right away. I only went there to shop around and to get an idea about the fair market value of the cars. Accidentally, I met Imad at the entrance on his way out, but he was kind enough to take me inside the dealership and walk me through the process. He started the conversation very politely by getting familiar with my interests and expectations in terms of what kind of options I expect in a car and how much money I'm capable of spending for my first big purchase. He listened very patiently and provided each and every detail to all the questions I asked. He made me realize the benefit of buying a Mazda car with so many options for a reasonable price. The first car I bought was a Mazda 3 GS Sky Activ. It was easy on gas, good mileage ,Dilwari insurance inclusive last but not least Imad found a deal that fits my budget. He gave an outstanding service from the beginning to the end. Also, after we made the deal he was generous enough to provide an excellent customer service. Although it's been a while since I made the deal, he would still check up on us as to how comfortable I was with the car and the status of the car, when we go to do our service. I'm glad to say that I met the best sales representative at the dealership who cares about his customers through good times and rough times, as much as he cares about his job. Unfortunately, after six months of the purchase my car crashed in an accident although I was at no fault. Then I had to go through a terrible process with the insurance. Imad was extremely supportive through out the process. In fact, he gave me ideas on how to speak to the insurance and get the benefits I deserve as this was my first time going through such an experience. Since the initial amount offered by my insurance was not acceptable, Imad helped me to get an appraisal done through Mazda dealership. Then, Insurance and I came to an agreement as per the appraisal and I ended up receiving a higher amount than I expected. My next step was to purchase a new car from Mazda dealership, because their service was outstanding with my first experience. Imad made sure everything went well during the entire process. As I mentioned in the beginning he was concerned about my interests and recommended me a nice car. It is Mazda 3 2014 GS Sky Activ We went for a test drive . The car had many options than I expected. It has many features such as key-less entry, GPS, nice interior, rear view camera, moon-roof, fog lights etc. It is a beautiful car. Imad went thorough each and every step very precisely and made sure that I understood everything. All in all, Imad gave me an exceptional customer service experience. I would recommend Imad to anyone who is interested in buying a car from Mazda dealership because he is very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you for your excellent service. More

He knew his product very well and was able to answer all my questions. I had a few specific needs and unlike at other dealerships where the salesman appeared not to hear what I was looking for, Sunny quickly zeroed in on my requests and didn't waste anyone's time. He had a very low key sales approach which was appreciated and I think that and the fact that he listened to what I was looking for helped close the deal. I would heartily recommend Sunny and Bank Street Mazda to anyone looking for a new car. More

I would really recommended seeing Mostopha if you are considering Mazda, he was not pushy and was able to get me everything I wanted. Overall very good experience, everyone was super helpful. More
