Don't go here especially if you're a woman alone. I went into bank st Mazda intending to test a CX3. I was just trying to get some drives in before buying a new car. First time I've gone out to buy a I went into bank st Mazda intending to test a CX3. I was just trying to get some drives in before buying a new car. First time I've gone out to buy a new car. I'm a woman so perhaps going alone is not a good idea. They didn't give me the car I asked to drive but instead put me in a Mazda 3 sedan saying that was a better car for me and that I should try it because it was more affordable. Every other dealer gets the car u want to drive. Way to go on the sales there? I also wanted the hatch back at least as room was important to me but the sedan was less expensive so they pushed me towards it telling me I couldn't afford the sport model. I just wanted to try the Mazda for handling as I've heard they're awesome so I took the test drive. After getting back, they proceeded to try hard selling me the sedan with cliche tactics of offers just written down on paper, running back and forth to the manager. They greatly overpriced it (3000.00 over what it was estimated at without taking into consideration the advertised discount or the trade they had already told me they would give me 1500 for).Price comparison included all taxes and standard fees as well so it wasn't that I hadn't added them in. I only confirmed this once I checked later online. I mentioned the discount and they said the advertised discount was only upto 1000 which was a surprise to me as nowhere on the advert does it say that. They just forgot about adding in the trade also, They were obviously just giving me a price that looked like what I was asking for because it was the right amount a month I said but was seriously high if u added it up thinking I couldn't do math or something. I asked to take the estimate with me that was written down but they wouldn't give it to me saying it was for their records. I got out of there thank god! The following day I got a call back from a different sales manager asking if I had a good experience and how I felt about coming back to buy a Mazda. I told him I felt strong armed into a car I didn't want and said I could get the car I wanted and then some with the money I would have spent on their deal. He called me back later that day with a deal for the hatchback that he said was crazy, but when I checked the price online, it was exactly what I could get at carling Mazda with no extras whatsoever and that was without the discount advertised and the trade added in. Not really that crazy of a deal if I can just walk in off the street and get the same deal with no sleazy sales tactics to suffer.. Does this place actually think that this is a good way to do business? It felt like I was being lied to and that if I had not checked it out I could have been taken for thousands of dollars. Even if I did get a great deal from them at this point, I wouldn't sign into a longterm relationship with people who have been so willing to take full advantage of me. The trust is gone. They've also now obviously put me on a quick-call list on deal updates which I've read can continue indefinitely if u don't call them back to get them to stop. It's harassment if u ask me as I've just started to get these calls now AFTER telling them I went to another dealer to buy a Mazda. Don't go to this place. You'll regret it!!! More

But I have to say dealing with Rick was one of the most enjoyable car purchases I have made. He knew the product, there was no pressure.. He didn't try to upsell me into something I couldn't afford, and offered me the best deal he could-which was the best price I found in the 4 dealerships I visited I might add. I will definitely come back to see him when I get my next car. this is my second Mazda 3. I will buy a third, and i'll come back to this dealer to see Rick to get it. More

The sale personnes Victor Douglas was polite professionnel but had no décision only the sm I had à Best price at carling at 4.3%and went I went to signe for finance the fni say its à mistake Jayson lucas made à mistake on thé rate .hé shake m'y hands and say we approved. On monday the Salem an call me And said the owner didnt want to respect the deal.i made an official complainte at omvic and retrieved m'y dépositaires .I write to dilawry head office and gm of banc street never had réponse.
