As a mature professional, Rick understands that customers don't respond to well to flashy, smooth talking salespersons. He loves his job because he loves meeting people and because he believes in the product. Rick truly knocked it out of the park with me. I got everything I asked for..."I can't" wasn't in his vocabulary. I probably should have asked for more...but I walked away with a new CX-5 GS....thinking I had gotten the better of them.
