HORROR STORY STAY AWAY Walk in to Bank Street Mazda to find it took 10 min for anyone to talk to me. After talking to the sales rep I was handed the keys to the Mazda 3 and Walk in to Bank Street Mazda to find it took 10 min for anyone to talk to me. After talking to the sales rep I was handed the keys to the Mazda 3 and told have a good drive with out explaining anything on the car. After that came back and was told they will give me the best deal better Carling and Kanata, Invoice pricing. Well Pressured in buying I put my deposit down and went to finance office. I did not purchase anything and this is why I did not get my car. Don't listen to there FAKE Invoice price unless you buy everything in the Finance office, what a looser. MAKE SURE YOU TOUCH THE CAR YOUR BUYING WITH THE SAME VIN AS IS ON YOUR BILL OF SALE so they can't say it coming in a few weeks. I gave my ownership of the car I trading and they wont give it back even when the deal was off, quick note go to the MTO and get a lost one for $10. Go to the West End of the city if your looking to get teated better. Worst I've ever dealt with I've already written a lengthy letter to Mazda, but this dealership is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with. In a nutshell - numerous errors a I've already written a lengthy letter to Mazda, but this dealership is absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with. In a nutshell - numerous errors all around -- ordering the wrong things, ordering the wrong car, mishandling financing, mishandling paperwork at the bank, and finally not even have enough sense not to install body trim when it's clearly a mismatch with the car's paint. The salesman (Zein) was polite and friendly, but seemed to be caught in the middle of a complete disorganized mess around him. At least he was trying to be helpful. throughout the 4-month ordeal. Buying a car really shouldn't be this difficult, but it was at this place. Seriously - do yourself a favour and avoid this dealership. More

The appointment ran on time and all of the staff were very friendly. I was to have my winter tire package put on at the same time (a package I had negotiated into my initial purchase), and I had a moment of concern when I was told only the tires and not the rims would be included. I thought "oh great, of course there was some kind of catch". So I went to the sales side to find my initial salesman or finance manager and argue my case, but was intercepted by sales manager Jayson. Jayson walked me over to his desk and without another word wrote up a slip and said ok all taken care of. Just like that the issue was resolved. Can't say enough good things about this dealership, would recommend to anyone! More

A BIG NO TO THIS DEALERSHIP Dilawri - definitely has great deals. But this showroom is the worst I have been to, in Canada. 1. The Salesrep who booked my appointment at noon, Dilawri - definitely has great deals. But this showroom is the worst I have been to, in Canada. 1. The Salesrep who booked my appointment at noon, made me wait an hour and more, until I expressed my frustration with waiting endlessly. 2. The Salesrep who spoke to me had very little knowledge about the car I was looking for. Nothing engaging. We had to ask questions to pull words from his mouth. 3. He was extremely pushy and forced me to make my decision right away. I told him I will get back after lunch, at which point I was very confused. He texts me, when I would be coming back and I reply 'tomorrow' .. I also tell him I respect his time and would want to meet tomorrow instead of today- that's all. No reply. 4. He attacked another rival car company unsolicited-ly, (that was one among my choices) - at which I became upset and asked him to stop. 5. I left my iphone in the test drive car and texted him to check for it- no reply. My friend calls him from a different number- he immediately picks. The guy we test drove with was also being pushy. I was interested in the 2016 model, and they literally almost made my buy 2015. The Managers were pushy. Overall- I had a very bad experience. With this attitude, they won't go very long in their business. It is just a matter of time when they gain more detractors like me because of their un-professional behaviour. Mazda is definitely a good car. But this dealer lost me with all the above. I had a much better experience at an other brand's Dilawri dealership. Advice to the Mazda management- Please hire the right people. More
Great service! I walked into Mazda with the intentions of purchasing a Mazda 3 and that's exactly what I did. As soon as I walked in, Victor approached my fiancé and I walked into Mazda with the intentions of purchasing a Mazda 3 and that's exactly what I did. As soon as I walked in, Victor approached my fiancé and I with a very positive and outgoing attitude. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's specifications. Not once did we feel as though we were being pressured into buying a vehicle. I haven't received my vehicle yet so I can't comment on the entire process however, I would definitely recommend Victor to any of my colleagues/friends. Not to mentioned, he was able to provide a great price that fit my budget. More
