Bought a new Mazda CX-9 GT 2016 This is the 3rd time we've dealt with Bank Street Mazda and we keep on going back because we always have a good experience and get great customer serv This is the 3rd time we've dealt with Bank Street Mazda and we keep on going back because we always have a good experience and get great customer service. Moe and James were very easy and friendly to deal with. Unfortunately after we received the car the customer service has been very bad. Had to go in 3 times to chase down money that was owed to us and despite calling beforehand to make sure they had the cheque/money ready for us it was not there. We were also promised accessories at cost but were mislead because it's really their sales cost and not actual cost of the product. They were very rude when i tried to explain to them that this was poor customer service. Car is great but would not recommend going to them. More

He found me the car I wanted, and was very friendly and accommodating. While I had to wait 3 and half weeks to get the car I wanted, it was 100% worth the wait. Love the brand, so will likely purchase our next vehicle from Bank Street Mazda. More
