Before showing me a car he engaged me in a great dialogue about what my needs are, what my wants are, what I loved most/disliked about my old vehicle etc. He made a great recommendation (Mazda 3 GS, 6spd standard with some great features!) while respecting my budget. Zouheir let me take my time: during the test drive, reading/understanding features, sitting in multiple demo models (I asked a million questions). All in I'm a very happy customer. I never thought I could leave a dealership feeling so good about making a major purchase. Mazda, please recognize Zouheir for his excellent service.
