From my first introduction to him (we found each other in the parking lot) we worked well together as I transitioned from the pre-owned vehicle I planned to buy to a demo. Benny's kindness and absolute attention to detail made the whole transaction very pleasant. I purchased some accessories from the Parts Department which were installed for me. Benny went above and beyond from our initial negotiations, finalizing the sale price, dealing with the Parts Department, lead up to delivery, and orientation of the vehicle on delivery day and follow up afterwards to ensure I was satisfied and happy with the vehicle. He was top notch! If you want a sales person who is kind, patient, gracious, with absolute attention to detail, I would highly recommend Benny. He's number one in my books. More

Moe, the salesman, quickly found a used vehicle after listening carefully to my needs. He seemed very knowledgable about the used CX-5 that I test drove and subsequently bought. He was open to counter financial offers. He did not, however, mention that the vehicle report showed that the vehicle had been in an unreported accident which I discovered the next day when dealing with the business manager. While Moe subsequently assured me that it was likely an accident that caused minimal damage and that their service people would have identified any serious damage, I still felt that he should have told me this when I was discussing price. Time will tell. Overall, my experience with this dealership has been good to date, but I have only just purchased my vehicle. More
