This was my first purchase at Bank Street Mazda. I had looked around previously at other dealers for a new SUV and none compared to the CX5. My sales person was Hassan and he did everything he could to ge looked around previously at other dealers for a new SUV and none compared to the CX5. I booked an appointment to replace a leaking differential seal on my 2003 Mazda B4000. I took my just under 45 minutes. They did not have the part on hand and scheduled the appointment for 2 days after the seal on my 2003 Mazda B4000. I took my just under 45 minutes. I showed up at 0715 (the agreed upon time) on the day of the appointment and they had no record of my call and had not ordered the part. I total, they waisted about 90 minutes of my time through blatent incompetance and unless they can explain how they can give my back that chunk of my life I have no intention of returning there for service. As a first time car buyer i walked in during the summer not knowing much about what i really needed. so i had a lot of questions in general from which vehicle would best suit my needs, financing and how so not knowing much about what i really needed. so i had a lot of questions in general from which vehicle would best suit my needs, financing and how some of the features worked. Mr Fadi was very patient, spending much more time then for me then an average customer and was happy to do so. From helping me select a vehicle and figure out what i needed and reminding me of things to watch out for. he recommended winter tires for me and made sure i understood everything on the vehicle. by the time i was decided on the vehicle and to go along with the purchase i was given very short notice by my work that i had to leave the province. the delivery date of the vehicle was supposed to be 4 days after i left. after a quick call Mr Fadi arranged that i could pick up my vehicle the next day in the morning saving me from having to rent a vehicle and it was very appreciated on my part. Knowing that it was my first time owning a car he has contacted me after the purchase asking me if it worked out for me and reminding me of maintenance required and suggested and little tips on making my car last longer. so i would like to thank Mr Fadi for his professionalism, understanding and highly flexible service More

On boxing day 2012, I decided I needed a new car to rry to alleviate costs, and try start 2013 by saving some money. I had researched vehicles for some time (Mazda in particular)and decided I was going to to alleviate costs, and try start 2013 by saving some money. Coming in from Orleans, I could have stayed in the Orleans area, but the high refferal and reviews are what sent me to Bank Street. I wanted to trade in my 2011 Dodge Journey, and try to find something smaller, and better on gas. I met Jeff, and I just loved how he was so down o earth, and didn't try to pressure me into buying the first car I saw. I explained him my situation and he was willing to help me and work work with what was available. I test drove a car, loved it, and next thing I know, I'm now talking with Moe, and we're looking at finance options and well, a car was bought... Everything happened so fast. I'm only sad though that I had a higher negative equity on m previous car, and therefor was not eligible for 0% financing, or extreme low car payments...Everything else though I'm sure will come in time, and I hope to be back on my feet, and have the payments reduced soon enough. The staff at Mazda are absoulutely amazing, and compassionate, and will not take no for an answer with the banks. I am truly amazed at this and because of how well I was treated, I will definitely be a returning customer. More

They were very informative, answered all our questions, and were very professional. We were not pressured at any time. We also dealt with Moe the business manager who also was very professional, friendly and Courteous. He answered all our questions and kept us updated prior to taking delivery of our vehicle. We also dealt with Brian the sales manager he was very friendly, polite, and courteous.
