He made sure were went through all of the various processes with ease and in no time we had bought 2 Rios were approved and on our way. Hassan our finance manager handled our files very efficiently. The whole process was quick and went very smoothly. He took care of everything on our behalf and in no time we had our vehicles in hand and enjoying our new cars. Eli was great before he sold me a car and even better after he sold me a car. He was the first sales person to call me up a week later to make sure everything was going great and asked if he can help me in anyway. I really appreciate the great deal you got me Eli. As for Hassan the Finance manager was the most professional young man I've ever met. He took his time to explain the financing and the protection packages in detail to work out the best deal for me. This was my first new car and I had done my research and decided on the KIA Optima hybrid before visiting a few dealerships, including on excellent. At Bank Street KIA, I met Sarah Hattab, the most knowledgable, helpful, and friendly salesperson I had the pleasure to meet. She definitely knows about hybrids. Having researched the car thoroughly before going to Bank Street KIA, I only had a few questions which Sarah was able to answer without hesitation and to my complete satisfaction. The car I was to buy was on display at a golf course not far from the dealership, so off we went in another Optima hybrid to have a look. It was a sunny Saturday morning and when we got to the golf course, one of the course workers took us to the third tee in a golf cart. We spent some time going over the many features of the car which Sarah seemd to know like the back of her hand. Then it was back to the dealership to talk money. There was never any pressure during negotiations and I was pleased with the result. Frank Daoud walked me through the paperwork and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. When I left, I felt that I had got a great deal and no second thoughts. I've had my Optima hybrid for two weeks now and can't say enough about it.
