In 2011 my sister and I visited Bank Street Kia out of curiosity about Kia products. Sayed spent considerable time showing us the Sorento's features and answering our questions, even though he knew we wer curiosity about Kia products. I was so impressed by the quality and pricing of the Sorento, and the friendliness and openness of Sayed, that I was back the very next day to buy my first Sorento, at which time I worked with Daniel and Sayed. The following week my sister bought a Sorento. For both sales, we also met with Frank to do the paperwork -- another great member of the team. For two years I drove that Sorento and raved to everyone about it and the great people at Bank Street Kia - in the showroom and the service department. I've owned many different vehicles over the years but the Sorento is the only one I would say I "LOVED" to drive. Fast forward 2 years and two months and here I am with a 2013 Sorento. This time, my husband came with me and he bought one too. Sara, Amin, Asad, and Frank worked with us and we both left with great deals and another great experience at Bank Street Kia. I'll recommend Bank Street Kia anytime. More

When I walked into Bank Street Kia, Sarah Hattab greeted me in a very friendly way. She was extremely helpful. She had me test drive a Rondo (which I was interested in) and we were driving for quite a whi me in a very friendly way. She was extremely helpful. I was brought out to the compound to see the vehicle colour I was interested in. She had to brush away a lot of snow because we had had two snow storms and all the cars were buried. She cleaned quite a bit away so that I was able to see the colour. Being able to see the colour, added to my decision. We came to an agreement and I was totally satisfied. More
