This was the first time I have dealt with Charbel and would definately deal with him again. I have dealt with Bank Street Kia for just over 10 years now and never had any issue, until last year, with 2 others sales people I will not mention names and I would never deal with them again. I like the KIA mark and over the years I have purchase a Sodona, 2 Rio's, Sorrento and now a Forte. I have never had any major issues with any of these cars, just normal wear and tear.
