The reason why i gave Joe Hojeij a 5 star rating is based on his patience, courtesy and overall respect. We werent sure what vehicle we wanted but he really helped us to narrow down our decision. Excellent service across the board: from the initial contact with dealership by phone during their trade-in event, to being transferred to the salesperson (Krystof) who was very helpful and booked an ap contact with dealership by phone during their trade-in event, to being transferred to the salesperson (Krystof) who was very helpful and booked an appointment for us to come in so that he could assist us, to the welcome we received when we arrived the day of the appointment, to the assistance we got from the salesperson, the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager. The Sales Manager (Asad) remembered me from the previous car that I bought 3 years ago and worked very hard to make the best deal for me. The Finance Manager (Patrick) is very knowledgeable, explained all details very thoroughly, and was very efficient at processing everything. The Service Department has always been excellent at providing service with my previous car and I am confident that the same service (particularly Phil) will be extended for this new vehicle. More
Joe actually met Ken at an Auto Show. He even showed him a car he was looking for , which wasn't a kia. After talking about cars for awhile Joe mentioned that he worked at the Kia on Bank Street, come and a car he was looking for , which wasn't a kia. After talking about cars for awhile Joe mentioned that he worked at the Kia on Bank Street, come and see me. Ken then went to consumers report magazine to see what they said about the Cadenza. (Ken, by the way, was driving a Lincoln) After reading the report then called Joe. We arranged to meet the next day. I was sold when I looked ino the window and saw this 2014 White Cadenza. However it took Joe and some clever talking to convince Ken. So, we took it for a ride. Now I'm really sold, but Ken is still putting his brakes on. So I suggested we go home and compare and think about it. Joe continued to call to see what we purchased. Nothing said Ken, he really wanted that Cadenza now but wasn't telling me because he thought I was hooked on the Impala that we tried out. Then he said, what do you think about the Cadenza, I said your crazy if you don't make a deal. You love the car and so do I. There you go! Joe hung in there, carefully checking every week, and we finally agreed. After filling out forms with Patrick who very carefully reviewed every item with us, we are driving out the highway in our new 2014 White Cadenza. She really is a dream and thanks to Joe and Patrick she is ours. You are very fortunate to have these two men working for your company. They're great! More

My wife and I are making this posting to say that the sales person , named Krystof Kolblk , is outstanding in regards to friendliness and helpfulness. We found him to be able to to show us the feature sales person , named Krystof Kolblk , is outstanding in regards to friendliness and helpfulness. We found him to be able to to show us the features of the vehicle that we wanted to purchase and to make a purchase at a reasonable price. Krystof strives to achieve satisfaction for the customer during and after the sale of the vehicle. If you are ever in the market to purchase a Kia vehicle, go to Bank Street Kia and ask for Krystof. We also found the other staff in the new car show room to be very friendly We have also had some experience with the parts department as well. The staff there are also very friendly and informative. I've been looking to purchase a new car and as a consumer, went to different dealership to compare prices and options... The first two dealerships I visited either ignored me or the salesperson and consumer, went to different dealership to compare prices and options... The first two dealerships I visited either ignored me or the salesperson and financed manager lied to me concerning monthly payments. I went to Bank St. Kia and was immediately approached by Joe. He, is the definiton of a sales rep, calm and helpful. He wasn't agressive and pompous like most sales rep I've encountered. When I finalized the contract, Joe went beyond expectation when I came across a few minor set backs with my new car. Joe keep in touch with me during and after the sale of the car. Most sales rep wouldn't give two cents about the consumer after the purchase, but Joe did and wants to make sure that the car is what I had expected and more. I would highly recommend Bank St. Kia and if you want an honest, hard working sales rep, go see JOE...... A special thank you to Pat and Phil. Rey purchased ( 2013 optima sx turbo) More
I absolutely love the kia that I bought however, I had the worst service of my life at this dealership with not only the sales rep, the finance manager, and the general manager!!! I expect sales people to the worst service of my life at this dealership with not only the sales rep, the finance manager, and the general manager!!! I expect sales people to be slimy but I did not expect to catch the managers flat out lying! I am beyond disgusted with this dealership! It is very unfortunate that I love the actual car because I will never again in my life come to this dealership again! I will never recommend this place to anyone! I also do my maintenance at this dealship and it is the slowest maintenance place ever! 60 minutes for an oil change despite I have an appointment! That is wrong. It also took me two weeks to get an appointment! More

We were buying a car from out of town, which always makes the process more complicated, and were very specific in the make/model/colour we wanted. Moe was very helpful in accommodating our needs, and was ver the process more complicated, and were very specific in the make/model/colour we wanted. When the specific car we wanted was sold, Sarah persuaded the other buyer to get a different colour, so we were still able to get the car we wanted (I guess that worked out for everyone involved!).
