Bought my 2012 Rio at Bank Street Kia, and have also been getting it serviced there. So far, have been getting awesome service every time I'm in, usually performed in a very reasonable timeframe. They always explain what's wrong (if they find anything) before doing any work, along with options on how to proceed, which is always appreciated. Twice it took much longer than usual, but they made it up to me via a discount on my next servicing, so no problem there. Phil is especially pleasant to deal with in the service department. I even bring my '96 Corolla in for servicing - they don't just fix Kias here! Oil change package is an especially-good deal! I usually have to wait there in the waiting room each time, but they've taken care of that too - they have a pleasant waiting room with complementary coffee and a TV to watch.. makes the time fly by. I'll be going here for the foreseeable future. More
